Customers may not see invoice payment status accurately reflected in the Cloudflare UI for payments made since June 11. Impacted customers will see paid Invoices shown as Unpaid via the Cloudflare Dashboard.
We are aware that some users on the Slack Android app are unable to submit workflow forms that contain a required file upload field. After a file is selected, the Submit button becomes disabled and the form cannot be completed. Users on Slack for iOS and Slack for web are not affected. We are actively investigating the issue and working to identify the root cause. We'll provide an update in 60 minutes or sooner if additional information becomes available.

One of Cloudflare's upstream transit providers is currently experiencing a route leak, impacting a subset of traffic reaching Cloudflare's network. Cloudflare is investigating an issue with https://www.cloudflare.com/ips-v4. Customers attempting to view the published list of Cloudflare IPv4 ranges may receive an HTTP 500 error. We are aware of an issue affecting certificate issuance through Let's Encrypt. Customers using Universal SSL, Advanced Certificate Manager, or Cloudflare for SaaS may experience delays or failures when issuing or renewing certificates that use Let's Encrypt as the Certificate Authority. Certificates issued through other CAs (such as Google Trust Services) are not affected. Existing certificates that have already been issued remain valid and are unaffected. We are actively monitoring Let's Encrypt availability and will issue certificates as soon as service is restored. We will provide updates as more information becomes available.
Between approximately 10:55 AM and 11:10 AM PDT, customers using Enterprise Key Management (EKM) may have experienced issues sending messages and loading some channels. Users who are undergoing scheduled Grid Migrations are experiencing extended downtime. Downtime is expected during a Grid Migration however it's taking longer than usual. During the downtime users are unable to access Slack until the migration completes. We've identified an issue with Job Queues, which may be the cause and are investigating this further.
